Returns and Exchanges
Refund & Exchange Policy:
Refunds: For regularly-priced items, refunds will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refund items must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to us.
For sale-priced and discounted items, all sales are final. No returns or refunds. Once an order is placed the entries are automatically submitted.
Exchange: Items must be in new and unused condition for an exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to us and the shipping charges for the new product.
Please send all exchanges with the original invoice and specify which product and size you would like in exchange. We will call and collect payment info for shipping and any price difference upon receive the exchange package.
Defects: If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a refund.
Exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
